New Member to join StaffSource
Knoxville, TN, November 6, 2014 – StaffSource is pleased to welcome Caroline Moody, Manager of Recruiting Operations to the team.
Prior to moving to Knoxville, Mrs. Moody worked as a Human Resources Manager at Macy’s Inc. in the Washington D.C. market. She has over 6 years of experience in management and human resources.
During her time at Macy’s, Caroline experienced four promotions, as well as growth in her management portfolio. At the start of her career with Macy’s Inc, she was responsible for managing $35 million worth of business and ended managing an $85 million business. She was recognized in 2012 as the Human Resources Manager for Macy’s D.C. district and in 2013 as the Human Resources Manager for Macy’s Mid-Atlantic region.
Caroline graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Communications-Public Relations and Business Administration in 2008. She is originally from Jefferson County, TN, and decided to return to the Knoxville area, so that she and her husband could raise their 14 month old son around family. As a hobby she enjoys painting and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Moody plans to become reintegrated within the Knoxville community and is looking forward to contributing toward the growth and development of StaffSource and its divisions.
