MCB announces Donnie Blair promoted to Director of Technology and Information Security

JOHNSON CITY, TN – October 12, 2011 – Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) announced today the promotion of Donnie Blair to vice president and director of technology and information security.
Blair has over 22 years of experience in technology and information security in both the financial and the healthcare industries. He began his career with Mountain Commerce Bank in 2006 overseeing the implementation of MCB’s technology, serving as senior manager of enterprise infrastructure. In 2010, he was promoted to senior information technology manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University majoring in computer science. Blair holds several software certifications.
